That's the standard I hold every appointment to.

I'm Christy Reuschel, founder of Blue Ridge Signing Services, LLC, serving Jefferson and Berkeley County out of Charles Town, WV. Alongside my ongoing career in government contracting, I bring over two decades of military service — environments where precision and deadlines aren't optional. I started Blue Ridge Signing Services to bring that same standard to notarizations, loan signings, and estate document execution, as well as apostille services — available throughout the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia and nationwide.

I hold a West Virginia Notary Public Commission, am an NNA Certified Signing Agent and Notary Training Hub Certified Loan Signing Specialist, a Certified Notary Estate Planning Partner, and a Certified Apostille Services Facilitator® (CASF). In plain terms: I've been vetted, background-checked, and specifically trained on the loan, estate, and apostille documents I handle — so title companies, attorneys, and individual clients alike can trust the paperwork is done right. I also carry $100,000 in E&O insurance and offer secure Remote Online Notarization through BlueNotary.

I work directly with each client from booking through the final signature — no call centers, no handoffs. I explain the logistics clearly, show up prepared, and treat every appointment, whether it's a single affidavit or a full estate bundle, with the same attention to detail.

Outside of notary work, I'm a wife, oldest sibling, sister, aunt, and dog mom — and I still bring a veteran's habit of double-checking everything twice, whether I'm reviewing a document or packing for a weekend camping trip. When I'm not on the road for an appointment, you'll likely find me out in the garden.
